Written Cancellation Policy

~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of all monies. Reservations cancelled same day forfeit all monies. NO REFUNDS * Lodging changes or cancellations MUST be made via our Call Center at 1-800-621-6867 prior to 4pm. RESERVATION POLICIES 1. Future payments will be automatically charged to credit card(s) on file. 2. Some services require an additional fee to be paid directly upon arrival (cots, cribs, pet fees, etc.). 3. We do not guarantee special requests but strive to accommodate. 4. The number of guests may not to exceed the number shown on confirmation. If the number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. 5. Late arrivals or early departures are not refundable. 6. Changing properties is a cancellation and penalties apply. 7. Lodging changes or cancellations MUST be made via our Call Center at 1-800-621-6867 prior to 4pm.

Check In

. • Check in location for Fall Line - Killington Grand Resort Hotel, 228 E. Mountain Rd, Killington VT 05751 ; open 24 hours, 7-days a week. • SUMMER - Check-in: May 1 to October 31 is 4pm. During peak periods units may not be available until 5:30pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • WINTER – Check-out: November 1 to April 30 is 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • Please make us aware of preferences for location, views, or specific units at time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed. We have a limited inventory of Pack & Plays available on a first request basis. Additional bedding like blankets, sheets and pillows can be found in the closet of your unit.

Check Out

• Check-out time is 11am. Guests have access to condo’s sports center facilities (when open) and may continue to enjoy the amenities for the remainder of the day. • You are welcome to inquire with the Front Desk any time after 5pm the day before your departure as to whether or not a late check-out will be possible. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee.

Other Policy

LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 7-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties and or unit types is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details. - Once you have picked up prepaid tickets, there are no refunds for unused days. You also cannot add days on at a discounted rate once the tickets are picked up.
