Trail Creek Condominiums are managed by a third-party rental manager and the rental manager may vary by unit. If booking multiple units, be aware that each unit may have varying check-in/out times, check-in locations/processes, cancellation policies and fee structures. Enjoy the charming community atmosphere of these superior condominiums offering convenience and decor that is pure Vermont. All condominiums include a wood burning fireplace, full kitchens with all essential cooking utensils and equipment, washer/dryer, TV/VCR and stereo; some with sauna and whirlpool tub. The Trail Creek activity center provides a relaxing environment in which to rejuvenate after a day on the slopes including an indoor pool, WINTER - Trail Creek is considered walking distance to Snowshed, but it is a long walk and may not be suitable for kids, or with a lot of equipment in tow. Trail Creek offers a ski home trail conditions permitting. SUMMER: Trail Creek is within walking distance to Killington Golf Course and easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails. Spacious foyer for bike storage. Due to its mountain location, resulting in cool breezes, Trail Creek is not air-conditioned.

Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. Example – A reservation scheduled to check-in Friday, March 29, 2024, must cancel by 4pm via phone call by Thursday, March 14th to receive a 100% refund.
Written Deposit Policy
~ Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.
Check In
• Check in location for Trail Creek - Killington Grand Resort Hotel, 228 E. Mountain Rd, Killington VT 05751 ; open 24 hours, 7-days a week. • SUMMER - Check-in: May 1 to October 31 is 4pm. During peak periods units may not be available until 5:30pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • WINTER – Check in: November 1 to April 30 is 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 10:30am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • Please make us aware of preferences for location, views, or specific units at time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed. We have a limited inventory of Pack & Plays available on a first request basis. Additional bedding like blankets, sheets and pillows can be found in the closet of your unit.
Check Out
• Check-out time is 11am. Guests have access to condo’s sports center facilities (when open) and may continue to enjoy the amenities for the remainder of the day. • You are welcome to inquire with the Front Desk any time after 5pm the day before your departure as to whether or not a late check-out will be possible. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee.
Other Policy
LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 14-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties and or units is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details. - Once you have picked up prepaid tickets, there are no refunds for unused days. You also cannot add days on at a discounted rate once the tickets are picked up.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. In the event pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
