Managed by Killington Resort - These deluxe accommodations feature stone fireplaces and spacious interiors with great views. The condominiums include a full kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, TV/DVD, stereo and free WiFi. A sauna or whirlpool tub is in every condominium; deluxe units include both. In the winter a free slope shuttle takes you to the slopes, only 1 mile away. Highridge pool is OPEN.  Winter - Enjoy Free shuttle Saturdays and Sundays. A ski-home trail featuring some flat terrain & walking is also available (not recommended for snowboarders or skiers who cannot skate on their skis). SUMMER; In summer, Highridge offers mountain bike trail access from the Killington Mountain Bike Trail System. Having trouble finding your room? Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply.
Written Deposit Policy
~ Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.
Check In
. . • Check in location for Highridge - Killington Grand Resort Hotel, 228 E. Mountain Rd, Killington VT 05751 ; open 24 hours, 7-days a week. • SUMMER - Check-in: May 1 to October 31 is 4pm. During peak periods units may not be available until 5:30pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • WINTER – Check-in: November 1 to April 30 is 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 10:30am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • Please make us aware of preferences for location, views, or specific units at time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed. We have a limited inventory of Pack & Plays available on a first request basis. Additional bedding like blankets, sheets and pillows can be found in the closet of your unit.
Check Out
• Check-out time is 11am. Guests have access to condo’s sports center facilities (when open) and may continue to enjoy the amenities for the remainder of the day. • You are welcome to inquire with the Front Desk any time after 5pm the day before your departure as to whether or not a late check-out will be possible. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee.
Other Policy
LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 14-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties and or units is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details. - Once you have picked up prepaid tickets, there are no refunds for unused days. You also cannot add days on at a discounted rate once the tickets are picked up.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. In the event that pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
