Killingtons only full-service mountainside hotel features convenient ski-bridge access to the slopes from December-March (snow conditions permitting). June-October guests may use the bridge to walk to Snowshed Adventure Center and the Killington Mountain Bike Park. Golfers will find the first tee of Killington's 18-hole championship golf course a mere 200 yards from the front door. Enjoy our heated outdoor pool, open year-round. Lounge by the fire pit and take in the natural beauty of the Green Mountains. The Grand features hotel rooms, studios, suites, and penthouses. A wide range of amenities are available including free wireless internet, an arcade room, and Preston's Restaurant (hours are subject to change). The Health Club offers weight & cardiovascular equipment, sauna, steam room (limited hours), and a 75-foot outdoor heated pool with two hot tubs featuring views of Killington. The Grand Spa offers a variety of soothing and relaxing spa treatments, including our signature warm stone massages. We offer a variety of wheelchair accessible routes and areas including front entrance, guest room halls, registration desk, Preston's restaurant, business center, conference space, and pool with pool lift. FRONT DESK and REGISTRATION - We are moving to an online registration process, which we ask you to complete at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply.
Written Deposit Policy
~ Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check-in location - 228 E Mountain Rd, Killington, VT 05751 • SUMMER Check-in: From May 1 to October 31, begins at 4pm, however during some peak periods, units may not be available until 5:30pm. If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • WINTER November 1st-April 30th- Check In begins at 5:30pm If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • Please make us aware of any preferences for location, views and specific units at the time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed • We have a limited inventory of additional guest items ( cots, cribs, mini-fridge, etc.) and are available on a first request available.
Check Out
Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please return keys/cards to the front desk by 11 a.m. to avoid any charges for late checkout or re-keying. No late check outs on Friday, Sunday & holiday periods. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. In the event that pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
