We apologize for any inconvenience. **** AND Preston's Restaurant is CLOSED from May 13-22. Killingtons only full-service mountainside hotel features convenient ski-bridge access to the slopes from December-March (snow conditions permitting). From June-October, guests can use the bridge to walk to the new Snowshed Adventure Center and the Killington Mountain Bike Park. Golfers will find the first tee of Killington's 18-hole championship golf course a mere 200 yards from the front door. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool open year-round lounge by the fire pit and take in the natural beauty of the Green Mountains. The Grand features hotel rooms, studios, suites & penthouses. A wide range of amenities are available including free wireless internet, Preston's Restaurant (hours are subject to change). We currently are doing construction on the arcade room. The Health Club includes weight & cardiovascular equipment, sauna, steam room (limited hours) and a 75-foot outdoor heated pool with two hot tubs featuring views of Killington. The Grand Spa offers a variety of soothing and relaxing spa treatments, including out signature warm stone massages or customized facials; book at check-in. We offer a variety of wheel chair accessible routes and areas including front entrance, guest room halls, registration desk, Preston's restaurant, business center, conference space, and pool with pool lift. FRONT DESK and REGISTRATION - We are moving to an online registration process, which we ask that you complete at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. Example – A reservation scheduled to check-in Friday, March 29, 2024, must cancel by 4pm via phone call by Thursday, March 14th to receive a 100% refund.
Written Deposit Policy
~ Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check-in location - 228 E Mountain Rd, Killington, VT 05751 It is anticipated that by midday Monday, 4/15/2024 to mid-July, the Killington Access Road will be closed from the intersection with Route 4 up 1,300 feet. At this point, vehicles that wish to go between the Access Road and Route 4 will have to use West Hill Road. • SUMMER Check-in: From May 1 to October 31, begins at 4pm, however during some peak periods, units may not be available until 5:30pm. If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • WINTER November 1st-April 30th- Check In begins at 5:30pm If your room is ready prior to the stated check-in time, you may be checked in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-in requests. Check-out is at 11:00am. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee. • Please make us aware of any preferences for location, views and specific units at the time of booking. Our units are individually owned which means requests cannot be guaranteed • We have a limited inventory of additional guest items ( cots, cribs, mini-fridge, etc.) and are available on a first request available.
Check Out
Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please return keys/cards to the front desk by 11 a.m. to avoid any charges for late checkout or re-keying. No late check outs on Friday, Sunday & holiday periods. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
Other Policy
LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 14-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties and or units is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. In the event that pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
