Fully furnished condominiums include a full kitchen, private or common washer/dryer, TV/VCR and stereo, and most 2 and 3 bedroom units have a fireplace. Accommodations range from studio to 3-bedroom condominium units, some with elevator service, located in a village setting. Enjoy walk to slopes convenience staying at the only lodging located at the base of Pico Mountain. Due to COVID 19, the Fitness Center is open to Members only. Free access to the *Pico Sports Center with a 75-foot indoor pool, weight and cardiovascular equipment and sauna is included, (Pool, hot tub, sauna area are temporarily CLOSED). All condominiums include a kitchen with full size appliances, and essential cooking utensils, cable TV. Most have a balcony or patio. WiFi available in Pico Sports Center and Pico Base Lodge (not in units). Winter - Pico Condominiums are the only lodging located at the base of Pico Mountain, and are 5 miles to Snowshed base lodge at Killington. **PICO MOUNTAIN IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN FOR SKIING/RIDING MID-DECEMBER. SUMMER: Pico Resort Hotel & Condominiums is 6 miles to Killington Golf Course and Mountain Biking Center.

Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply.
Written Deposit Policy
Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.

. Check-in begins at 5:30pm winter and 4:00pm summer. . WINTER: Pico Sports Center Mon-Fri 6am-8pm; Sat & Sun 8am-8pm. . SUMMER: Pico Sports Center Mon–Fri 6am–8pm; Sat 8am-6pm; Sun 8am-4pm. . All other times, check in at the Killington Grand Hotel at 228 East Mountain Rd, Killington VT 05751. Call 802-422-6767 or 802-422-1400 with questions.
Check Out
• Check-out time is 10.30am. Many of our condominiums have arrivals on the same day of departure which means a late check-out cannot be granted. However, we can give you access to your condo’s sports center facilities where you can continue to enjoy the amenities for the remainder of the day. During Front Desk hours at the Clubhouse, there is access to showers and change room facilities as well as a limited supply of basic toiletries. • You are welcome to enquire with the Front Desk any time after 5pm the day before your departure as to whether or not a late check-out will be possible. Unscheduled late check-outs are subject to a $75 an hour fee.
Other Policy
LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 7-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties and or units is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details. - Once you have picked up prepaid tickets, there are no refunds for unused days. You also cannot add days on at a discounted rate once the tickets are picked up.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. In the event that pets are found in the unit, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged and you are subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
