Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply.
Written Deposit Policy
Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.
Check In
Fridays, Sundays & holidays: 5:00 pm. Every effort will be made to have your unit available by 5:00 pm but we can not guarantee this during busy times. All other times: 4:00 pm. Check-in is located at 1810 Killington Road until 5pm, then after hours North Star Lodge, 78 Weathervane Rd., Killington VT 05751. Less than one mile up Killington Road from US Route 4 on the left.

SECURITY DEPOSIT; $200 per bedroom with a maximum of $800.
