Written Cancellation Policy
~ CANCEL POLICY - Reservations cancelled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund. Reservations cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of reservation total. Same day cancels forfeit all monies. Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply.
Written Deposit Policy
Final payments are automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit 15-days prior to arrival.

3:00 pm Front Desk Hours: Generally from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. If arriving after 5:00 pm, call the Red Clover Inn at (802) 775-2290 to make arrangements. Physical address: 7 Woodward Rd., Mendon VT 05701. From Rutland, turn right off US Route 4 onto Woodward Road.

LODGING POLICIES - Guest is responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. - Some services provided by the property require an additional fee, to be paid by the guest to the property directly upon arrival. - We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific bedding or views, but can not guarantee them. - The number of guests is not to exceed the number shown on this confirmation. If this number is exceeded, it is cause for immediate cancellation without refund. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION - Changes to lodging arrival/depart dates require property approval and may not be allowed within 14-days of arrival. Lodging rates and availability may vary due to change. - Changing properties is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. See Cancellation Policy for details. - Once you have picked up prepaid tickets, there are no refunds for unused days. You also cannot add days on at a discounted rate once the tickets are picked up.

While the intimate nature of The Red Clover Inn prevents us from accommodating pets, we'll be happy to help you make arrangements with one of our nearby kennels if you're in need & traveling with your pet
