Written Cancellation Policy
**WINTER** (November-April): Reservations cancelled 22 or more days before arrival forfeit the $75 booking deposit and processing fee. Cancellations 21 - 8 days before arrival forfeit the $75 booking deposit, the processing fee and 1 night's lodging deposit. No refund for reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival. Changing properties is considered a cancellation and cancel fees will apply. If travel insurance was purchased, see "Travel Guard" information below. ~ **SUMMER** (May-October): Reservations cancelled 15 days or more before arrival forfeit the $25 booking deposit and processing fee. Cancellations 14 - 8 days before arrival forfeit the $25 booking deposit, the processing fee and 1 night's lodging deposit. No refund for reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival. If travel insurance is booked, that is also due at time of booking. Balance of reservation cost is due 14 days before arrival.
